Request for IANA port assignments for KMIP

Based upon the TC's renewed decision [2] to request
registered ports from IANA for KMIP client and server
communication [3], and the updated document, I prepared
a PDF [1] corresponding to the display of the "Final"
version and have initially made submission of the
forms to IANA at via the online interface "Application
for User (Registered) Port Number" at:

http://www.iana.org/cgi-bin/usr-port-number.pl

I will provide updates to the KMIP TC Chairs (Bob Griffin
and Subhash Sankuratripati) and Alan Frindell as to
the IANA processing of the request information.

that he can update the document to make minor edits.
