Last version of the deliverables for the third public review

Dear LegalDocML members,

I would like to draw your attention on the attached last version of the 
documentation.

We intend to have a LegalDocML TC meeting on 18/1 (12.30 EDT) where the 
main goal is to approve the documents as CSD (Committee Specification 
Drafts) and after we would like to have the approval for opening the 
third public review.

The text of the candidate motions are the following:

MOTION #1: "As co-chair of LegalDocML TC, I move that the LegalDocML TC 
approves the following documents as Committee Specification Draft 03 and 
designate the HTML version of the document as authoritative"

MOTION #2: "As co-chair of LegalDocML TC, I move that the LegalDocML TC 
approves the THIRD PUBLIC REVIEW submission of the CSDs documents"

I recommend you to send your comments/inputs/revision about the 
documentation within 16/1 in order to arrive ready to the scheduled 
meeting.
We really need to close this phase as soon as possible.
