Last version of the deliverables for the third public review

Dear LegalDocML members,

I would like to draw your attention on the attached last version of the 
documentation discussed today in the TC meeting.

You can find the PDF files, the word files with the track changes, and 
the excel file with the second public review comments.

Tomorrow 19/1 (13.00 EDT) we will vote the following motions for passing 
to the third public review:

MOTION #1: "As co-chair of LegalDocML TC, I move that the LegalDocML TC 
approves the following documents as Committee Specification Draft 03 and 
designate the HTML version of the document as authoritative"

MOTION #2: "As co-chair of LegalDocML TC, I move that the LegalDocML TC 
approves the THIRD PUBLIC REVIEW submission of the CSDs documents"
