I will on personal leave from 11/9-11/24 so I'll be unavailable for the call on the 14th. As far as progress on the 3 changes you mentioned:

1. As per Shane's implementation, I recommend simply adding BarNumber to ExtendedPersonInformation in the domain model and adding j:JudicialOfficialBarMembership and j:JudicialOfficialBarMembership/JudicialOfficialBarID to j:JudicialOfficialType in the GJXDM subset.

2. As per Shane's implementation, I recommend using PersonOtherID with an IDTypeText that indicates the vendor that assigned the ID.

3. I have not received any real data or examples of schema validation issues from Maricopa since the NYC meeting.

Jim – I attach the portion of the minutes of the NYC meeting giving you an assignment. I hope you will have at least a progress report before the Nov. 14^th TC conference call. We must have a specific proposal no later than November 29^th in order for this addition to be considered for inclusion in the 2007 ECF release. Thanks.

Jim Cabral will begin drafting the changes needed to accommodate the need identified for:

- inclusion of the GJXDM judicialOfficerBarNumber element;

- expanded discussion of the way to handle billing and client ID numbers maintained by filing assembly providers; and

- more and more realistic schema instance examples (calling on Maricopa County to provide real data for the expanded examples).
