RE: Publish ECF 3.1 Specification to Public

Hello George,

Before I can upload the documents and announce a Public Review, the following changes must be made, as outlined in my message dated 24 September, in accordance with the OASIS Technical Committee Process[1].

Thank you for your help.

The TC has approved the documents as Committee Drafts and they are ready to be posted for committee review.

Can you help to get them posted to the http://docs.oasis-open.org/legalxml-courtfiling/ecf/v3.1/cd01/ please? Is there anything else you need from me.

The sooner we can get this done the better. We are actually at the Court Technology Conference in Tampa Bay and we would like to be able to let people know the documents are available at this URL.

Your message has been forwarded to me - I'll be happy to help.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Any document that is uploaded to
the OASIS repository is publicly available. There's a bit of a trick to
figure out the publicly accessible URI however. I've written up a

If the TC has approved the documents as Committee Drafts, they should be
identified as such, the introductory material (including the cover page and
notices section) should be brought up-to-date with the current OASIS
templates, and a conformance section should be added just prior to any
appendices. The TC Process also requires that editable source (the existing
Word files) as well as PDF and HTML be produced. If the TC would like to
submit these documents for a 60-day Public Review they will also be uploaded
and assigned URIs at docs.oasis-open.org
(http://docs.oasis-open.org/legalxml-courtfiling/ecf/v3.1/cd01/).
