Re-revised proposed TC charter

In Las Vegas, the members present made a number of additional changes and updates to the TC’s charter.

I attach our most recent effort. You can identify the modifications made in Las Vegas by the color of the new date near the top of the document. We made several changes to the scope of the TC’s efforts and to its proposed future deliverables and their deadlines – to keep faith with the roadmap that we approved a month ago apprising our constituents that we do not plan major further releases for at least a year and a half after the release of ECF 4.0 this spring.

Please submit any objections or additions you want the TC to consider by the close of business on December 17^th.

If there are no further changes, I will submit the proposed document to OASIS staff, who in turn will post it for a formal vote by TC members.
