To members of the ECF TC: As many of you know, much interest has been expressed in
building a reference implementation for the ECF 4.0 specification. A wiki
has been set up at http://www.ncsconline.org/wikis/ecf/
to facilitate collaboration and sharing of information. This is not
actually a project of the ECF TC, but interested TC members are invited to
