Hi Jim and Jim,

I am going to Baltimore! But not to the CTC conference (can't afford to pay that on my own dime).

I am taking my wife on a little jaunt, driving down from Canada on the Tuesday. I will be able to attend the Wednesday evening reception as well as our Friday meeting.

Guys, I am not going to renew my OASIS membership come October 7, as again I can no longer justify paying that on my own dime. But more than that, I retired in January 2010 from my court's automation section, and although I continued post retirement part time in that section, I haven't been involved in there at all since March 2012. Even when my court took me back in March this year, it was in the court registry, not in automation. So it's time for me to move on and let go of this. I am sooo glad though to go to Baltimore and finish up with you folks on a high note!

Similarly I will be leaving the MS Steering Committee. I will officially announce that to our colleagues on tomorrow's conf call meeting.

Meanwhile you may wish to put on the face-2-face agenda the matter of replacing me on the Legal XML MS SC ...
