Notice of Approval of IPR Transition Approval Ballot

The ballot for the eNotarization TC to begin operating under the Oasis "Royalty Free on Limited Terms" IPR mode has closed. The TC has approved the transition -- more than 50% of TC voting members voted, there were not any "no" votes, and there were six "yes" votes.

The TC will begin operating under the RF on Limited Terms IPR mode 14 days (July 28, 2006) from the date of this notice as provided in the Oasis IPR Transition Policy.
