have posted the minutes from the Sept 7 conference call to the TC website along
with Draft 6 of the Use Case document. Both documents are available in
either MS Word or OpenOffice format. They can be located at the following
web address: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legalxml-enotary/documents.php. In
preparation for next Thursday’s call (11/2/2006) I would ask TC members
to review the Apostille and Notary Journal sections of the Use Case
document. We have not spent much time on these two sections and I want to
be certain we don’t overlook them. Other changes to the document,
based on the Sept 7 call are highlighted in red. Happy
