Invalid enml-200901-pr01.xsd

I'm assuming that the most recent xsd is http://docs.oasis-open.org/legalxml-enotary/enml/v1.0/pr01/enml-200901-pr01.xsd

Attempting to validate an XML document w/this xsd produces an IO error when the enml-200901-pr01.xsd attempts to import the xmldsig-core-schema.xsd file which is at the schemaLocation="w3c/xmldsig-core-schema.xsd" location.

If enml-200901-pr01.xsd is the most current someone will have to add a 'w3c' directory w/in the same directory as enml-200901-pr01.xsd and add the xmldsig-core-schema.xsd file into the newly created 'w3c' directory
