MEMBER BENEFITS
---------------

Publicity for XML OASIS at COMDEX

In September OASIS plans to issue a press release announcing member
companies participating in the XML OASIS Pavilion at COMDEX Fall 2001 in
Las Vegas, Nevada, 12-16 November. The XML OASIS is a great opportunity
for OASIS Sponsors and Contributors to showcase their XML-based
solutions to
a large, targeted audience--at a fraction of the cost of a traditional
COMDEX booth. For details on the XML OASIS at COMDEX, see
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/members/200108/msg00000.html. To be
sure your company is included in the OASIS press release, contact Carol
Geyer, carol.geyer@oasis-open.org.

Support for Conference Speakers

Members delivering presentations at industry conferences are encouraged
to mention their affiliation with OASIS and participation in OASIS
technical committees whenever possible. OASIS staff are available to
provide support for speakers, including details on Consortium technical
work and accomplishments. We are also happy to promote presentations by
Sponsor members on the OASIS web sites. For specific info, contact Dee
Schur, dee.schur@oasis-open.org.
