XACML Access Control Markup Language Ratified as OASIS Open Standard

OASIS members have approved the Extensible Access Control Markup
Language (XACML) as an OASIS Open Standard; XACML allows developers to
express and enforce policies for information access over the Internet.
Congratulations to all the members of the OASIS XACML technical
committee.

UBL Samples and Stylesheets Available

Supplementary materials to aid in the prototyping of UBL applications
have been released in an updated UBL 0p70 review package.  The updated
package can be found at:
