Clarifications to the spec

Hi,

The MQTT community has been keeping a list of subjects that need clarification or expanding in the MQTT specification. They are on the mqtt.org wiki at http://mqtt.org/wiki/doku.php/mqtt_protocol under the section "Clarifications".

There are also some points in the "Ideas for future enhancement" section that do involve changes to the spec but that are quite minor:

I would be happy to see the TC consider all of the points.
