Just picking up on this one.

Suggested Content for improvement:

Note that all users should have easy access to descriptions, titles
and captions.
These could be as simple as 'figure 3', but may be more informative. These
are not a substitute for alternataive text, which should be seen as a
replacement
for a person accessing information using that text instead of the
original object.
If the text alternative provides the same information to the reader,
it is a real
alternative.
