Rich has handed off the baton to me this week.  I'm sorry I have been 
"missing in action" of late; post-CSUN catch-up, vacation and then other 
catch-up have kept me away...  I have a conflict at half-past the hour, 
but perhaps we can get a few things done tomorrow (though perhaps not 
all of the agenda)...
