I guess that would be one way to view the use case document; as in part 
presenting what might be possible with metadata support, even if the 
actual result doesn't itself implement it all.

I don't have a strong position myself, but would say if in doubt, let's 
include it. The TC can always scratch something as out-of-scope later.
