I also understand that the meeting will be at Menlo Park
instead of Santa Clara, correct?

(There are three airports in the area:  San Francisco [SFO],
Oakland [OAK], and San Jose [SJC], and while San Jose is
the closest to Santa Clara, they are all approximately
equally accessible to Menlo Park.)
