Acceptance of Minutes of the March, the 22th meeting

OASIS standard approval
-----------------------
The TC discussed the requirements for an OASIS standard approval. 
Several TC members are working on use cases of the OASIS Open Office 
format. Michael asked all to announce finished use cases in the TC or at 
the TC's mailing list. The TC further agreed to integrate all errata 
found in the specifications before starting a public review, and to 
check the possible starting date for a public review regularly.


Feedback on specification document
----------------------------------
The TC agreed that feedback to the specification, namely errata, will be 
integrated in the specification document regularly by the editors.


Charter review
--------------
The TC reviewed its charter. For the first phase, it didn't identify any 
items that need a clarification. For the 2nd phase, it seems to be 
necessary to clarify that the TC may deliver revised base specifications 
during the 2nd phase, and that it also may deliver updated 
specifications when a single feature or a set of features is finished 
rather than than one specification at the end of this phase. Michael 
will clarify this with the OASIS TC administration.

Phase 2 topics
--------------
The following responsibilities for a preparation of phase 2 topics have 
been agreed:

- security features: Michael
- form features: Daniel
