2. Acceptance of Minutes of the January, the 24th meeting

- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.


3. Action Items

Lars: clarify mimetype registration with OASIS staff contact
   - in progress, waiting for OASIS
Michael: contact OASIS about logo rules
   - logo guidelines are clear, will send those to OOo marketing folks
All: find implementors
   - in progress
Michael: respond to comments
   - done
Michael: collect requirements for oasis standard submission
   - done, see below


4. Status of OpenDocument Specification

Spec is under public review until Feb. 4th


5. TC Discussion

5.1 standard submission requirements

- Written summary
- statments regarding relationship to similar works (xhtml, xsl-fo, svg)
- certifications of implementors
- public comments and replys
- statement regarding TC members having been made aware of OASIS IPR

5.2 upcoming features

Discussion on feasability of DRM support:
Demand has been indicated for a 'DRM support' in open document.
It is not clear what a support like this should look like. DRM depends
on the application complying to some policy requested by the content.
the content is usualy encypted and can only be decrypted by conforming
application. The decription algorithm would them for example only be
licensed to complying vendors. We did not see an immideate solution on
the problem how this would work together with an open format. More
research is required. Discussion should continue on the list.
