Hi,

one of my action items for this week is to clarify what tools TCs and 
SCs may use in addition to mailing lists and the document repository.

By chance, Patrick Gannon has posted an overview yesterday at

what makes it very easy for me to answer this question. What we can use 
today are IRC and a Wiki. Rvision control is available in a beta test.
