Hi,

Section 8.1.3 Table Cell, Matrix, says

| The smallest possible matrix is a 1 x 2 or 2 x 1 matrix with two
| adjacent cells.

This is not true. The smalles possible matrix is a 1x1 matrix with one
cell.
