Three minor proposals

Hi,

three minor things:

1. Section 16.5.40 currently defines a style:background-transparency 
attribute (but lacks a description of the attribute). I don't know how 
it came into the specification, but what is missing is actually an 
attribute that defines a background transparency for text boxes. So I 
assume the attribute simply was added to the wrong class of formatting 
properties.
In addition to add a description of the attribute, I suggest that we add 
it also it as graphics property. We may further consider to remove it as 
a paragraph formatting property.

2. Section 15.5.36 specifies a style:writing-mode formatting property, 
that can be used for paragraphs, page-layouts, text sections, tables, 
and text boxes. It's unfortunately missing for table cells, so I suggest 
to add it there.

3. Section 15.27.20 specifies a style:editable formatting property that 
allows to edit the content of a text-box even in read-only documents. I 
would like to propose that we add this property also for text sections.
