* Miscellaneous
- The Accessibility Guidelines document was approved as a Committee
Specification
- Rob Weir has set up a Wiki page that explains how to validate ODF
documents with jing. Michael will add some information for validation
with MSV.
- Michael asked all TC members to review new ODF 1.2 drafts as early as
possible.

* Agenda
- Michael suggested to limit the time used in the calls for action items
and public comment discussion in order to have time left for discussion
of other agenda items. There were no objections.

* Action Items as listed at
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/members/action_items.php

#0013: Post updated proposal for style:join-border
- in progress

#0012: Review our errata plan with OASIS staff.
- in progress

#0011: Prepare a list of attributes value types that may require an EBNF
value type definition.
- in progress
- Michael will upload a spreadsheet that lists of all attributes defined
by the ODF schema to the TC's document repository
- Some discussions regarding the EBNF syntax to use took place.
Consensus was to use the W3C EBNF syntax for now, with the option to
switch to the ISO variant if required.

#0010: See if OOXML has good definitions for ODD{F,L}, Yield and Price
spreadsheet functions.
- in progress

#0009: Numbered paragraph/list errata for ODF 1.0
- in progress

#0007: Follow-up with the author of public comment #6 (embedded fonts).
- done

#0006: Follow-up with the author of public comment #4 (cross references
in the specification).
- Patrick has send out a mail and is waiting for a reply now.

#0005: Get in contact with the author of public comment #2 to outline
possible implementation options.
- done (e-mail bounced)

* Response to SC34's defect report N0942
Patrick has uploaded a draft response. Rob is following-up with
OASIS/SC34 regarding the TC's errata plans.

* Discussion of public comments as listed in
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200804/msg00098.html

#7: A paragraph that describes the style inheritance model of ODF may be
added to the ODF 1.2 specification. It was discussed whether this should
be added to an ODF 1.1 errata, too. The discussion was postponed until
the text to be added has been written. Michael accepted an action item
to draft that text.

#9: This proposal seems to be covered by the new meta data proposal. Rob
accepted an action item to write a response.

#10: It was discussed whether the use of a specific formula namespace
prefix should be recommended because the prefix is used in an attribute
value rather than an attribute name. Michael accepted an action item to
post some examples where namespace prefixes are used that way. The
discussion was adjourned.

The discussion of public comments was adjourned at this stage.

* Proposals
- The discussion of the "auto-play" feature for presentations continued
- There was a general discussion regarding the inclusion of new
proposals into the ODF 1.2 specification.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:30pm CET
