The first row is the heading ("what", "lead", "with wat", "timeline")

The timeline blocks have no scale (could be a day, a month, haven't
gone into that detail), I simply tried to visualize some logical order,
without having to launch a project management tool.

By OASIS ballot, I mean using the OASIS tool to organize an e-ballot
(so I should have used the wording "OIC ballot")

I don't understand the layout.

Are there headings for the columns?  I don't see any.  I particularly want
to understand what the timeline periods are.

Also, what do you mean by OASIS Ballot?  Are we doing anything that requires
an OASIS Ballot?

I've tried to come up with some kind of roadmap, without hard timings,
but roughly indicating the general direction and required steps.

Is this the way to go or should we take another route ?
