public review of the state of interop report / stakeholders

Hi,


per OASIS TC Process guidelines,  I'm collecting a list of stakeholders
that should be notified of it

(3.2 "...must be accompanied by a recommendation from the TC of
external stakeholders who should be notified of the review.)

I'd recommend these stakeholders

- OASIS ODF TC
- OASIS ODF Adoption TC

- ISO JTC1/SC34/WG5

- Prof. Rajiv Shah and Jay Kesan (University of Illinois, author of 
"Lost in Translation: Interoperability Issues for Open Standard")
 
- OpenDoc Society (co-organizers of the ODF plugfests)


Are there other stakeholders that should be added ? (already is a
nice list, IMHO)
