OIC Members (with or without Voting rights) should enter the issues directly into
Jira, using the login and password of the OASIS website.

Unfortunately the Jira logins aren't created / synchronised automatically, so if you
wouldn't have the rights to log in on Jira, then you might want to contact Mary...

For those of us on the committee but currently without voting rights, do you prefer that if we find issues in reviewing the Interop Profile document that those go into JIRA directly or would you like them submitted through the public feedback mechanism?
