2. STATUS OF ACTION ITEMS

  #0015 Template Scenarios. Still no progress.
  #0026 Test Scenarios: Cherie has test documents from all of the teams and needs to review them. They are definitely expected to be available by the PlugFest.
  #0033 Best Practices for Document Authors. This is on the back burner until the State of Interoperability report gets out.
  #0034 Interop Demo Videos. Still being discussed internal to Oracle.
  #0038 Clean OTT specification template. Still to start.
  #0041 (New) Battery of Conformance Assessment Tests. Next on Rob's list after public review, would be great to have for Brussels Plugfest.

[There was also discussion of the OASIS TC mailing lists not working well the previous week. The list appears to be OK now.]

3. STATE OF INTEROPERABILITY REPORT e-BALLOT
<http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=1901>
The ballot passed. The tracked changes version will be updated to the next CD number (CD05) and submitted for 15-day Public Review.

4. INTEROP ADVISORIES

4.1 INTEROP ADVISORY 00003 <http://wiki.oasis-open.org/oic/InteropAdvisories>
We discussed the new one and also the consecutive numbering. The new one should be reviewed on the list.

4.2 ADDITIONAL ADVISORIES
Bart is thinking about other Interop Advisories. One is about subdocuments and their URIs and full-path values. (Bart confides that he is becoming romantically attached to VI as an ODF producer.)

5. STATUS OF ODF EVENTS

5.1 ODF INTEROP DEMO (September, Budapest)
September 2 is the confirmed date. They are being careful to identify this as an OASIS event that is being hosted at OOo2010, but it is not part of OOo2010. The team has been having weekly coordination calls. There is one scenario partner in Paris and possibly one in Norway.
The team is working on the sample demos and are on track.
   There has been a brief media alert that there will be more to come as we get closer to the event. There will also be local event notices in central Europe.

5.2 ODF PLUGFEST (October, Brussels)
<http://www.odfplugfest.be/>
Bart reported that, for this two-day event, they want all testing done on day #1, Thursday 14 October. Presentations will be on day #2, Friday 15 October. There is also an OASIS event in Europe on October 13-14, so people will be able to come from that event to Day 2 of the Plugfest. They have capacity for 70-75 people on Day 2 and that is a concern. Bart reviewed the current program and what sort of presentations are already blocked in.
   Bart wants scenarios on-line at least 1 week before the event. Any available scenarios would be welcome.

6. ROUND TABLE

  The 60-day full Public Review of ODF 1.2 CD05 is now underway. It runs until September 6. Rob invited review and comments from the OIC TC.

7. FUTURE MEETING PLANNING

The next meeting is on July 28 at the usual time.

Respectfully submitted,

  Dennis E. Hamilton, OIC TC Secretary
