I've changed your status from "persistent non-voting" to "member" (without voting rights)

According to the rules at http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#voting (2.4.3 and 2.4.4),
you'll regain voting rights if you participate in two consecutive meetings (i.e. after the next conference call)
