candidate interop advisories

I've noticed that there might be at least three interop advisory candidates

- namespace prefix XML Signatures : http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oic/201108/msg00005.html 
- table:table-rows and table:table-columns: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oic/201107/msg00011.html
- perhaps one on draw:enhanced-path: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/201107/msg00098.html

Any volunteers, or should I create a draft version ?
