Purpose statement:
The purpose of the openc2-pub-sub-on-bsd GitHub repository is to (a)
demonstrate
the implementation of OpenC2 in a pub-sub environment, and (b) to provision a
codebase to enable other prototype development efforts

The implementation is written in C and developed on HardenedBSD. Though the C
code is operating system agnostic, the Makefiles are BSD style Makefiles and
will need modification to enable building on Linux.
