With a purpose of:
*  Demonstrating a python implementation of OpenC2, and
*  Provide python codebase to facilitate other prototype efforts

Description:
openc2-lycan-python; openc2-lycan-python is a python library to transform
between data-interchange formats (such as JSON) and python language objects.

With the initial execution of: openc2-lycan-python shall be an open source
effort in accordance with the MIT open source license. The initial maintainer
of
the openc2-lycan-python shall be Mr. Michael Stair (AT&T).
