The scope text was changed to replace "score" with "reputation calculation" in the red-line scope section under (b).
I propose, to be consistent with this, that we also change the scope bullet under "Develop Framework for Open Reputation Data" from "XML Schema for Reputation Score" to "XML Schema for Reputation Calculation".

I thought we had discussed and agreed to move the 'Security, threats
and Risk analysis' to be concurrent with the 'Protocol(s) for
exchanging of reputation...'
