think there was a "meeting".

Given the aborted call, should this meeting count towards voting rights? I
am biased (I didn't even call in) but have no problem either way.

The following attendees dialed into the ORMS TC telecon today but did hold
a meeting as the chairs were unable to attend. Bruce Rich said he received
a text message from Tony Nadalin that Tony was unable to get into the call
due to problems with the teleconference system.
