1. Call to order

2. Updates to use cases
	- Peter Davis and Mani to put forward strawman based on use-case review
	- Peter will be carving up use-case list, Mani will check status with Peter and pick up second-half of list
 
3. F2F
	- scheduled for IIW in Mountain View in November
	- Dee getting a room for that meeting, probably just one day
	- Tony will put out a poll to see if will have quorum for a F2F
