Here is a status update on the use-case doc:

 

I expect to submit the initial draft for review this Friday (5 sep.). Sorry about not making the draft before today’s meeting.

I hope we can discuss that draft next Wednesday (if we revert to weekly) or the week after (if we stick to fortnightly/biweekly).
