Subject: Re: RE: capability creation

Thanks Rob,

how do I know which number to use for the new capability.

Can I use one that is no longer used (e.g. C017)?
Is there a sequential list that is published anywhere or do I just ask you to release the next number to me (e.g. C086)?

Thanks,
Tim
