changing PLCS modules

As you know the PLCS DIS ballot has closed and as a result we are making changes to the PLCS modules.

Anyone developing a capability should be aware of this and should check the modules that you are using to make sure that there are no issues against them.

For all modellers who are changing modules, just a reminder of the process:

1) Use the version of GraphicalEXPRESS at: http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~esukpc19/GraphicalEXPRESS%201.3%20Beta14a.msi
It does not work with VISIO 2003

2) Check that you have the latest GraphicalEXPRESS models. The arm.xml should list the module version. E.g <application name="GraphicalEXPRESS" owner="Eurostep" url="www.eurostep.com" version="1.3.15" source="location_arm_v014.vsd"/>

3) Modify the diagrams, recreate the arm.xml AND the arm.exp

4) Close the issue addressed.
