Subject: Naming of images
Hi Just a reminder, everyone should be aware that the HTML version of DEXLib may be run on non Windows machines in browsers other than Internet Explorer, hence links to other files are case sensitive.
One example is referencing images
If you create an image "images/Task_resource_facility.png"
Be sure to reference it in a case sensitive fashion. E.g. <img src=""/images/Task_resource_facility.png"/>
If you don't, it will work OK in IExplorer on Windows, but fail using Firefox on Linux as the latter is case sensitive.
Also – remember to avoid using whitespace in file names and uppercase file extensions such as .PNG
Adhering to these rules will save us a lot of effort in the long run
Thanks
