SV: [plcs-dex] Missing links

I'm glad someone is reading the PLCS Information pages (preaviously known as 'help pages')... ;o)

I was responsible for a rather big 'make over' of these pages before christmas. Most of the links you refer to are pages which I asumed would be useful in the new structure, but I didn't have time or knowledge enough to create then.

If anyone has suggestions for additional texts, please feel free to add them yourselves, or mail them to me and I'll upload them. Much has happend since the main part of the existing texts were written, and much needs to be updated.
