Subject: FW: Revised/Split Modules
Hi We probably ought to pay attention to this as they may be proposing changes (corrections) to modules that affect us. Regards Rob ------------------------------------------- Rob Bodington Eurostep Limited Web Page: http://www.eurostep.com http://www.share-a-space.com Email: Rob.Bodington@eurostep.com Phone: +44 (0)1454 270030 Mobile: +44 (0)7796 176 401 -----Original Message----- From: AP Interoperability Team Exploder [mailto:AP-INTEROP-L@ATICORP.ORG] On Behalf Of Thomas Thurman Sent: 18 January 2006 16:11 To: AP-INTEROP-L@ATICORP.ORG Subject: Revised/Split Modules The AP210 Project has worked with the WG12 Convenor to revise and split some modules that were published in 2005 in support of AP210 publication in 2006. The revised/split modules will carry a 2006 publication date. Briefly, the revisions were to correct EXPRESS errors and to address a STEP architectural issue. For details, please see the relevent SEDS. The revised and split modules are not in the default stepmod/data/modules directories due to configuration management issues related to publication. (This issue is being worked but it may not be resolved in time to support those APs working toward publication in 2006.) It has come to my attention that not all AP developers may realize that the updated modules are in a different directory. The updated modules are still in development mode and are available in the following directory: stepmod/etc/fixed_modules. Best Regards, Tom Thurman Thomas R.
