Changes to OASIS meeting participation rules

Please note that OASIS has announced the following change to the standing rules for participation in teleconference meetings, effective immediate:

 

add to section 2f, line 196 of the current TC Process:

"...failure to be present during the roll call at the beginning of the  meeting [, or added to the roll call by request of the attendee during the meeting,] of two..."

This should facilitate the participation requirement to be present at two out of every three meetings in order to avoid a status change to "Observer".
