OASIS PLCS TC - Phase 2 DEX project - telecon 22 May

As discussed on our last teleconference, member organisation were invited to review the proposed Phase II work programme, to confirm the list of tasks and their priorities.  The proposed set of tasks are described in the presentation and spreadsheet produced by the Core Team:

Based on the proposed tasks, members were further invited to identify the level of support and the specific tasks to which they could contribute on the basis of planned projects.  Of course, contributions of resources that could be deployed with flexibility to cover any of the tasks are particularly welcomed.  Target date for the

 

To date we have recorded contributions from DNV, NDLO, BAE Systems and Eurostep.

 

All those wishing to contribute resources to the Phase II effort are invited to join the previously planned teleconference of the Steering Group for the task at 1500 BST, 1000 US EDT, 1600 CET to address the following items:

 

1. Review of resource commitments and gaps
2. Identification of project manager
3. Project planning
