 its Draft International Standard ballot.\nIt was a 100% yes vote with some
  comments.\nThe next step is address the ballot comments and publish the A
 P as an International Standard.\nThe goal is to achieve this within the ne
 xt 4 months.\n\nThe firsts stage is have a formal ballot comment resolutio
 n workshop to review the comments. This will take place at the next SC4 me
 eting 18th to 22nd Oct\n\nI propose that we have a telecom for those who a
 re interested in the AP239ed2 issues and who will not be able to participa
 te in the workshop.\nThe aim is to review the comments (attached) and prop
 ose some resolutions to be put forward and to agree the next steps for pub
