Title: RIM 2.0 Specification - question on User class & address attribute

In the RIM 2.0 specification document, the "User" class has a required attribute "address" of type "PostalAddress".  The "PostalAddress" class has no required attributes.

I interpret from this that a User object must have an address specified, but that the address may have no values specified.  This doesn't entirely make sense to me...help please.
