Hi Mike,

Thanks for your suggestion above. I checked with OASIS and they 
currently do not provide hardcopy manuals as a service. They have taken 
your suggestion as input and will consider it in the future.

In the meantime you can submit an online print job order to a print shop 
(e.g. Kinkos) and they should be able to print a bound manual for you.
