Joseph,

I have not been tracking ebXML Core Components work but there seem to be
some similarities in the use cases you cite in the proposal and the
motivation behind ebXML Core Components.

It would be helpful if you could compare the use cases you describe with
use cases involving registring core components into an ebXML registry.
If indeed there is some overlap then coordinating with the UN/CEFACT
Core Components team may be a good idea (actually this coordination is
needed regardless).
