Very good point. We shoudl be very careful to reference line/section 
numbers. What would be really helpful is if there is a string to serach 
for like "quick brown fox jumpe....". Thanks for the suggestion.

I think I am am done for this round of commits. The commits included 
significant content contributed by  Nikola and Matt.

This are looking good. I look forward to your final comments on 2.4. We 
will then update the documents to address the final comments and post 
2.5 for TC approval ballot.
