Document Description:
This is the initial draft of the new SAML Profile for the ebXML Registry
Services 3.0 specs. It has the core aspects of adding SAML support to ebRS.
Though there are a few details missing that will be added in subsequent
revision, this version is adequate for initial review by the TC.
