Title: 11-27-02 and 12-25-02 meetings cancelled

Hello All:
So that people can plan accordingly, I am sending this message before the 11-13-02 minutes are published. A the 11-13-02 meeting, the General Body agreed to cancel the 11-27-02 ad 12-25-02 General Body meetings. The next meeting will be as scheduled on Dec 11, 2002. The RLTC website will be updated to reflect the changes. If there are any items to be reviewed by the General Body, I will forward them to the membership via email.
